Andrei Alexandru Obreja

One person, from start to finish.

There is no salesperson who promises, a project manager who translates, and a developer who finds out too late what was promised. You talk to me, and the person building is the person who listened.

Impatto 360 is the consulting practice through which I design and build custom management software, applied artificial intelligence systems and web platforms for European SMEs. Active since 2016, based in Florence, Italy.

Where I come from

I started building websites and e-commerce, then moved to management software — which is where problems get interesting, because they stop being about technology and start being about how people work.

Over fifteen years I have watched the same pattern repeat: healthy companies, with capable people, losing hours every day to work a machine would do better. And suppliers who, instead of fixing it, sold licences.

What I learned that is worth saying

Software does not solve an organisational problem: it sets it in stone. Automate a confused process and you get faster confusion. That is why I never start from the program.

The people doing the work know things the people running it do not. The information that changes a project almost always comes from the warehouse or the front desk, not from the management meeting.

The best outcome is that you no longer need me. A supplier aiming to make you dependent is optimising their revenue against your interest.

Why "Impatto 360"

The name was born in 2016 and meant looking at a company from every side instead of from the single problem it walked in with. Ten years on it still means that — only what there is to look at has changed.

The risk

I am not asking you to trust me. I am giving you guarantees.

The three things below go into the contract, not into a presentation. They are verifiable, and they are how I take on part of a risk that would otherwise be entirely yours.

  • Up to 2 years of warranty

If the delivered software does not do what we agreed, I fix it. Without re-reading the quote looking for the line that proves me right.

  • The code and the data stay yours

Documented, in open formats, exportable whenever you want. I use no technical locks or contract clauses to make changing supplier expensive.

  • You can stop after two weeks

At the end of the mapping phase you hold a document that has value even without me: your process, with the points where time is lost quantified in hours. If you decide not to continue, that document is still yours.

The first step

We start with a conversation, not with a quote.

Forty-five minutes in which you tell me where your day gets stuck. At the end you will have at least one useful thing: my honest opinion on what to tackle first — even if you then decide to do it with someone else, or not at all.

No commitment, no email sequence afterwards. If you are not the right client, I will be the one to say so.
