Privacy policy
This site is deliberately minimal in how it handles data: no profiling cookies, no third-party analytics, no data sent to external services. The detail follows.
Data controller
Impatto 360, Viale Corsica 85, 50127 Firenze (FI), Italy, VAT IT02556480461. For anything concerning your data, write to [email protected].
What data is collected
Data you send voluntarily
If you fill in the contact form or send an email, I collect what you choose to share: name, company, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message.
The contact form on this site does not send data to any server. It opens your own mail client with the message pre-filled: the data therefore travels through your own email provider, exactly like any message you would write yourself.
Data collected automatically
This site uses no profiling cookies, integrates no third-party analytics, loads no fonts or scripts from external servers, and embeds no social buttons that track browsing. That is why there is no cookie banner: there are no cookies to accept.
The hosting server records, as any web server does, standard technical access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). These serve security and correct operation only, and are retained no longer than necessary.
Why the data is processed, and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Security and operation of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Legal obligations, where the contact becomes a commercial relationship (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long data is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are kept for a maximum of 24 months, then deleted. Data relating to commercial relationships is kept for the periods required by Italian tax and civil law (10 years).
Who the data is shared with
Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by the hosting provider and the email provider, acting as data processors, strictly as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]: I reply within 30 days.
If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
